Hello and welcome! After years of working in women's health, I feel honored to provide enlightened education, non-judgmental guidance and advocacy to help people make informed and wise decisions for themselves and their babies. As a doula, I offer continuous physical and emotional support during the birth of your baby and postpartum period. As a childbirth educator, I keep classes creative, lively, fun, and very informative. I teach mamas and their birth partners how to listen to their intuition, how to become their own advocates and make decisions based on factual information instead of fear. The focus is how to work with your mama body instead of against it. Few moments in life are as transformative as pregnancy and childbirth. It is my hope that every person is empowered to tap into their own wisdom and embark on the beautiful journey of parenthood with open hearts and minds.
